BIM Modeller (HVAC)

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
• Model HVAC systems including:
  • Air Conditioning Systems
  • Chilled Water Systems
  • Ventilation Systems
  • Smoke Extraction Systems
  • Fresh Air Systems
  • Exhaust Air Systems
  • Ductwork and Piping
• Prepare HVAC layouts sections schedules and construction/shop drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural Structural Electrical Plumbing and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
• Generate BOQs schedules and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards client requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Maintain model accuracy data integrity and proper file management.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model caonflicts.
• Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 58 years of experience in BIM HVAC Modelling.
• Experience in commercial residential healthcare airports industrial hospitality metro or mixed-use projects.
