Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect with 1 years of experience in Vectorworks software to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating managing and maintaining high-quality architectural content libraries symbols objects and parametric families within the Vectorworks environment. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles BIM workflows and content development standards.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain Vectorworks content libraries symbols objects and parametric families.
Develop BIM-ready architectural components and digital assets in Vectorworks.
Ensure content adheres to company standards project requirements and industry best practices.
Modify and optimize existing Vectorworks families/content based on design and project needs.
Collaborate with architects designers and project teams to understand content requirements.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy functionality and consistency of created content.
Organize and manage content databases and libraries for efficient accessibility.
Provide technical support and recommendations related to Vectorworks content creation.
Stay updated with new Vectorworks features BIM standards and industry trends.



Requirements

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Vectorworks software.
Good understanding of architectural drafting modeling and BIM concepts.
Experience in creating and managing Vectorworks symbols objects and custom content.
Knowledge of construction documentation and architectural standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BIM workflows and content management.
Knowledge of other architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or ArchiCAD.
Understanding of parametric modeling and object creation.
Familiarity with international architectural standards and practices.




Required Skills:

Pursuing or completed Diploma / B.E. / in Electrical Engineering Basic knowledge of Revit (Electrical) and electrical building systems Understanding of electrical layouts (lighting power etc.) is a plus Willingness to learn BIM processes and industry workflows Good communication and teamwork skills
