Job Summary

Designation : Billing Manager

Location: Bhuj Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

* Client RA Bill & Final Bill Preparation

* Sub-contractor Bill Verification & Processing

* BOQ & Quantity Checking

* Measurement Book (MB) Verification

* Coordination with Site Engineers & Project Manager

* GST Billing & Tax Compliance

* Payment Follow-up with Clients

* Work Order & Contract Document Checking

* Maintain Billing Records & MIS Reports

* Coordination with Accounts Department

Qualification:

* B.E Civil / Diploma Civil / (With Construction Billing Experience)

* Minimum 37 Years Experience in Construction Billing

Required Skills:

* Strong Knowledge of BOQ & Rate Analysis

* Advanced MS Excel Knowledge

* ERP / Billing Software Knowledge

* GST & TDS Understanding

* Strong Communication & Coordination Skills
