Billing Executive Billing Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Billing Executive / Billing Engineer Company: Location: Santacruz Mumbai Experience: 3 Years Industry: Construction / Facade / Glass & Metal Fabrication About the Role We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive / Billing Engineer to manage project billing quantity measurement client invoicing and billing documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction/project billing processes and the ability to coordinate with project site accounts and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit RA Bills Running Bills Final Bills and Client Invoices. Prepare BOQ quantity sheets measurement sheets and billing statements. Verify work quantities and measurements as per approved drawings BOQ work orders and site progress. Coordinate with site engineers project managers clients consultants and accounts teams for billing-related activities. Prepare material reconciliation and quantity reconciliation wherever required. Track work progress and ensure timely submission of project bills. Verify deductions retention advances taxes and other commercial adjustments in bills. Maintain proper records of invoices measurements work orders purchase orders and supporting documents. Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment status. Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and client queries. Prepare billing MIS and periodic reports for management. Ensure billing is carried out as per contractual terms and project requirements. Support the commercial team in variation orders extra items rate analysis and final settlement. Requirements Graduate / Diploma / B.E. / . in Civil Engineering Construction or a related field. 3 years of relevant experience in billing quantity surveying commercial or project billing. Experience in the construction facade glass aluminium or metal fabrication industry will be preferred. Strong knowledge of BOQ RA Bills measurements quantity calculations and client billing. Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing-related documentation. Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings will be an added advantage. Good communication coordination and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.
