  • This will be an office-based role but need to travel across region (if required) for capability presentation

• Job profile:

• Updating record of all trackers MIS & Data related to business
• Measure conversion rates on BD front Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / Lost
• Tracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularly
• Responding to RFP & preparing proposals
• Support on backend business development role
• Maintain inventory for marketing stuff
• Coordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVs
• Updating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & business
• Ensure implementation of training sessions blocking calendars etc.
• Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire year
• Updating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head
