Client manufactures industrial water storage tanks and containment solutions. The company is based in Thane Maharashtra and specializes in Zincalume steel bolted panel tanks liner tanks fire water tanks rainwater harvesting tanks and customized liquid storage systems

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a ProjectHead - Project Management person will be responsible for overseeing the installation projects for all the liquid storage solutions provided by STLPL across the Indian subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the data centre segment across India. Develop strong relationships with data centre developers EPC contractors consultants and end clients.
• Drive sales for solutions related to tank systems utilities and infrastructure requirements. Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Manage key accounts across multiple regions in India
• Act as a strategic partner to clients involved in large-scale data centre projects
• Ensure repeat business and long-term client engagement
• Track upcoming data centre projects and expansions.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions and work closely with engineering design and project teams
• Understand client requirements related to storage tanks
• Monitor trends in the data centre industry and analyse competitor activities and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate / B.E
• 8 10 years of experience in business development / sales in managing Data Centres

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
• Highly responsive detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
