Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying developing and managing new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Core duties include:
Market Research and Analysis: Assess market trends competitor activities and customer needs to guide strategic decisions and identify potential clients or partnerships.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners while actively seeking new clients and partnerships.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate leads negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales marketing product development and operations to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver business proposals pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Reporting: Monitor business performance report on progress to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.

Required Skills:
