Bartender- Fairmont Agra

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotels bars lounges restaurants or event venues. This role ensures excellent guest service by crafting quality drinks maintaining a clean and organized bar area and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Bartender promotes hotel standards through professionalism attention to detail and knowledge of beverage offerings.

Qualifications :

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with precision and consistency maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
• Uphold beverage recipes and techniques as per Fairmont standards ensuring the highest quality of beverages at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all beverage and safety regulations promoting responsible alcohol consumption.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
