Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Golang) to design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go. You will build high-performance applications work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB implement concurrent systems using goroutines and channels and ensure the reliability and scalability of our backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern backend development practices.
What Youll Do:
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
- Implement concurrent efficient and scalable solutions using goroutines channels and sync primitives.
- Design optimize and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas queries and indexes.
- Collaborate with frontend product and engineering teams to deliver reliable high-performance features.
- Debug troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Write clean modular well-documented and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture code reviews testing and technical documentation.
- Monitor application health performance and reliability using metrics and observability tools.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and help improve deployment and development workflows.
What Were Looking For:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development.
- Strong proficiency in concurrent programming using goroutines channels and sync primitives.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB including schema design query optimization indexing and database interactions.
- Familiarity with WebSockets and building real-time applications.
- Good understanding of clean architecture modular design and backend development best practices.
- Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting production systems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience implementing WebSocket-based systems including client/server and hub patterns.
- Familiarity with agentic workflow integrations.
- Experience with Prometheus metrics health checks and application monitoring.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines containerized microservices and modern deployment workflows.
