Summary of the role:

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our B2B Program where we build scalable reliable and secure backend services that power enterprise customers and partner integrations. This role sits at the heart of our platform enabling commerce and marketplace capabilities through APIfirst serviceoriented architectures.

You will work closely with product managers frontend engineers platform teams and DevOps to translate business needs into robust backend solutions. We value clean design automation and developer productivityand we actively encourage the responsible use of AIassisted engineering tools to help teams move faster without compromising quality.

About the role:

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services for B2B and enterprise use cases
• Build secure highperformance systems using Go (Golang) following modern engineering best practices
• Design implement and integrate RESTful and/or eventdriven APIs for internal and external consumers
• Work with the SCAYLE framework to support commerce marketplace and partnerintegration capabilities
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into welldesigned technical solutions
• Write clean maintainable welltested and productionready code with a strong focus on reliability and longterm sustainability
• Use AIbased code generation and developer assistance tools responsibly to improve development speed code quality and testing coverage
• Implement automated testing strategies (unit integration and contract tests) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Participate actively in code reviews architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to system observability performance optimization and operational excellence in production environments
• Work on businesscritical B2B systems used by enterprise customers and partners
• Grow your expertise in scalable backend architecture distributed systems and API design
• Learn and apply modern practices around automation CI/CD and platform reliability
• Gain handson experience using AIassisted engineering tools in a responsible productiongrade environment
• Collaborate with experienced engineers product leaders and platform teams in a culture that values learning feedback and continuous improvement
• Shape technical direction through architectural discussions and engineering best practices

About you:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of strong backend development experience with Go (Golang) in production environments
• Proven experience designing building and maintaining APIs at scale
• Solid understanding of software design principles data structures and distributed systems
• Handson experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly
• Handson experience with the SCAYLE framework
• Experience building B2B platforms commerce systems or marketplace solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms containerized environments and microservice architectures
• Experience using AIpowered tools for code generation testing documentation or developer productivity
• Knowledge of DevOps practices monitoring logging and observability tools
• Exposure to eventdriven architectures and messaging systems
