Long Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality software solutions while taking ownership of product increments in each sprint ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards
Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements manage sprint backlogs and provide technical solutions to support agile development processes
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and adapt plans effectively to meet sprint goals
Communicate technical changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders while maintaining transparency
Drive continuous improvement within the team through proactive approach and commitment to excellence
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:
6 to 15 years of proven experience in Java development with strong understanding of Java 11 and Object-Oriented Programming principles
- API development
Eclipse/IntelliJ/STS Maven Git/GIT HUB Postman SQL Developer
Expertise in Spring Boot and building scalable microservices architectures Solid experience with testing methodologies and frameworks (JUnit Mockito etc.)
Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL PostgreSQL Cassandra) and data modeling best practices
- Experience in both frontend and backend development with the ability to work across the entire application stack
Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka for real-time data streaming
Proficiency with Docker container orchestration and deployment processes in cloud or on-premise environments
Knowledge of infrastructure tools such as Puppet Hiera Ansible and Terraform
Familiarity with monitoring tools and log aggregation systems (Loki Kibana telemetry) for ensuring system availability
DevOps mindset
Strong problem-solving skills logical thinking and excellent communication abilities in collaborative team environments
