BA with Billing
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with experience in Telecom Billing systems and operations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders IT teams and telecom operations teams to gather requirements analyze billing processes support system implementations and ensure accurate revenue and customer billing management. Key Responsibilities Gather analyze and document business requirements related to telecom billing systems. Work with stakeholders to understand prepaid/postpaid billing workflows rating charging invoicing mediation and revenue assurance processes. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) use cases and process flows. Coordinate with development QA and operations teams during project lifecycle. Analyze billing defects customer disputes invoice discrepancies and revenue leakage issues. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) SIT and production validation activities. Participate in telecom product launches tariff changes and billing configuration updates. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and billing standards. Prepare reports dashboards and business insights for management. Required Skills Telecom Domain Skills Telecom Billing Systems Prepaid/Postpaid Billing Rating & Charging Mediation Systems Invoice Generation Revenue Assurance Order-to-Cash (O2C) CRM & OSS/BSS concepts Technical Skills SQL queries and data analysis Excel / Advanced Excel Jira / Confluence API understanding Basic knowledge of databases Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
