Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Create user stories process flows business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  
• Analyze existing business and IT processes and recommend process improvements aligned with project objectives.
  
• Collaborate with business users technical teams and project stakeholders to define and validate requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into clear actionable technical requirements for implementation teams.
  
• Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement sprint planning and requirement clarification.
  
• Perform data analysis and interpret business information to support decision-making and solution design.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirement validation and solution verification.
  
• Ensure project documentation is accurate complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Strong experience in business analysis requirements gathering stakeholder management and process documentation.
  
• Hands-on experience writing user stories BRDs FRDs and process workflows.
  
• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and requirements management.
  
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend process optimization.
  
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IGA) concepts is preferred.
  
• Experience with Saviynt or similar Identity Governance platforms is an advantage.
  
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting is desirable.
