Consultant - Agile Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consultancy roles providing strategic guidance and implementing Agile practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across various teams and projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project status and Agile methodologies.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)
- Strong experience in consultancy roles preferably in a client-facing capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster PMI-ACP).
- Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in consultancy with a focus on Agile.
