Qualifications


Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of business experience with at least 2 years of Supply Chain Finance(preferred) IT or other relevant functional experience required.

Outstanding stakeholder management experience superior influencing and collaboration skills are required

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices empathy requirements definition ideation prototyping and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required

Experience with Agile product development methodology is required.

Experience gathering analyzing documenting and validating the needs of the business stakeholders is required.

Experience writing user stories managing scrum calls prioritizing backlog etc. is required.

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required.

Strong critical thinking with outstanding analytical influencing and interpersonal skills are required.

Experience in being part of large cross-functional projects & programs is strongly preferred.

Strong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation solutions is preferred.

Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack preferred.

Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.

Gather and document business requirementsthrough stakeholder workshops interviews and process analysis

Analyze current-state processesand identify improvement opportunities particularly in Finance operations (Record-to-Report month-end close)

Create process maps user stories and functional specificationsusing BPMN/UML tools

Collaborate with technical teams(developers data engineers) to translate requirements into actionable solutions

Support Finance domain initiativesincluding GL reporting reconciliation validation and audit trail documentation

Conduct gap analysisbetween business needs and existing systems (SAP Power Platform)

Facilitate UAT testing user training and change management activities

Manage requirement traceabilityand ensure solutions meet compliance standards (SOX IFRS)

Monitor solution performancepost-implementation and recommend enhancements
