Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineers to join and support the Azure Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). This role will be instrumental in strengthening cloud governance accelerating Azure adoption and delivering scalable secure and reusable cloud solutions.
The selected engineers will work closely with the Azure CCoE Lead and act as an integral part of the CCoE team contributing to project delivery infrastructure engineering automation and platform standardization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
. Project & Infrastructure Management Create and manage new Azure projects based on business requirements Support enhancements and changes to existing Azure environments Provision and configure Azure infrastructure aligned with governance policies
. Networking & Security Design and implement network services including virtual networks subnets and IP allocations Configure and maintain DNS services and firewall rules Ensure secure and scalable network architecture
. Cloud Services Deployment Deploy and manage Azure services such as Compute Storage and Serverless components Enable and configure cloud native services as required
. Identity & Access Management Manage Azure IAM policies RBAC roles and access controls Implement secure identity and access frameworks in accordance with enterprise standards
. Collaboration & Delivery Review incoming requests with the CCoE team and define requirements Build and deliver solutions aligned with agreed objectives Actively contribute to backlog items and technical debt reduction
. Automation & DevOps Develop reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices and automation
. Operational Support Participate in on call rotations for production support Troubleshoot and resolve platform and infrastructure issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
. Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
. Technical Skills Proficiency in Azure services (Compute Storage Networking IAM) Strong understanding of: Virtual Networks Subnets DNS Firewalls IP Management Azure Identity & Access Management (RBAC Policies) Hands on experience with Terraform (including reusable module development) Experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices
. Functional Capabilities Ability to provision and manage Azure environments aligned with governance standards Strong problem solving skills for technical debt and backlog management Capability to work in agile collaborative environments
Governance & Collaboration
. Work under the direction of the Azure CCoE Lead
. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and engineering teams
. Provide regular updates on progress risks and deliverables
. Ensure adherence to enterprise cloud policies standards and best practices
