Application-aware backup (if required)
Responsibilities
End to End Support
- Provide server inventory (Physical & VM)
- Ensure server readiness (patching accessibility firewall ports)
- Support agent installation & validation
- Identify critical systems & define backup requirements
- Validate application consistency (if required)
- Participate in restore testing (OS / file-level)
- Maintain system health for backup success
- Provide Azure subscription access & RBAC roles
- Share inventory of Azure VMs disks and storage accounts
- Enable required permissions for Commvault integration
- Configure networking (VNet NSG firewall rules)
- Support snapshot & region-based DR setup
- Participate in VM-level restore testing
- Ensure cloud resource availability & performance
