Job Summary
Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to design implement and support Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within Microsoft Dynamics AX F&O. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution ensuring the system is optimized for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents; configure SCM modules (Procurement Inventory Warehouse Management Production).

Development & Customization: Develop and debug customizations extensions and reports (SSRS) within the Dynamics AX/D365 environment.

System Integration: Manage data migrations and integrations between Dynamics and third-party systems.

Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support identify root causes for technical incidents and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand needs provide training and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3 7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in X SQL Server SSRS/Power BI reporting and Data Management Framework (DMF).

Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of core SCM processes (Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Inventory Control).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
