Job Summary:

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in automation testing good manual testing knowledge and a solid understanding of the Banking/Financial Services domain. The candidate must have hands-on experience working with the Q2 Digital Banking Platform / Q2 Integration Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and execute automated test scripts for banking applications.
  • Perform functional regression integration API and end-to-end testing.
  • Execute manual testing where required.
  • Test digital banking workflows and integrations on the Q2 platform.
  • Identify document and track defects through closure.
  • Collaborate with developers business teams and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Participate in test planning test case preparation execution and reporting.

Mandatory Skills

  • 2–4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

  • Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium Playwright Cypress or equivalent.
  • API testing experience using Postman REST Assured or similar tools.
  • Strong Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with the Q2 Digital Banking Platform / Q2 Integration Framework.
  • Experience in testing banking applications integrations and APIs.

Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge of Manual Testing.
  • Good understanding of functional regression integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile SDLC STLC and defect management processes.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Java Python or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version-control tools such as Git.
