Implement configure and manage HR systems including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deploy new automation solutions and system enhancements.

Provide training and support to HR staff on newly implemented tools systems and automated workflows.

Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies regulatory requirements and data security standards.

Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues in a timely manner.
