Seeking a self-driven well organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Managing tickets
Recording and managing issues and escalating where necessary
Resolving cross-functional issues at the subordinate level
Manage the scope of the issue and change control and escalate issues where necessary
Monitor the issues progress and intensity
Provide status reports to the Team Manager
Liaise with authors internal teams and updates progress to team Manager
Customer Service updating author on tickets status and progress on a daily basis
Work closely with authors to ensure the quality of the product meets industry standards
Manage ticket evaluation and dissemination activities
Is accountable for the delivery of planned deliverables associated with the ticket
Providing regular status reports to the Team Manager
Requirements
A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS :
2-4 years of customer facing experience
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Exceptionally Organized and has expert multitasking skills
Regional Language knowledge is an advantage Hindi Compulsory
Previous experience in handling queries through Ticketing system and Service level adherence
Knowledge about books & a passion towards customer service

0-3 years of experience in any industry. Customer-facing experience is a bonus. The enthusiasm to interact with a lot of interesting people on a daily basis. Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English and Hindi language. A second language is a plus. The ability to find solutions quickly and desire to grow with a confident and determined approach. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently. Should be capable of thriving in competitive markets. Last but not least; must have a competitive streak.
