Job Summary
Resident engineers will report as per normal office hours mutually agreed and advised by Kronos.
The AV systems should be checked daily and the checklist should be shared in the morning with Kronos SPOC.
Complete audio-visual systems of training rooms external and internal caf boardroom and other large event areas should be checked and kept ready.
Resident Engineers (RE) will manage large events including handling AV setups Zoom meetings and related equipment and coordinate with local and global teams for events.
Maintain complete documentation of the Audio-Visual system along with connectivity drawings.
Set up sound systems for internal events (as and when required) within the premises.
Troubleshoot technical problems occurring in the Audio-Visual system during events and resolve or provide alternate solutions.
Maintain inventory of spares and accessories such as batteries spare adapters HDMI LAN and audio cables etc.
Participate in new installation re-installation and commissioning of Audio-Visual systems.
Ensure timely completion of assigned audio-visual work within the premises.
Coordinate event requirements and arrange setups based on end-user needs.
Coordinate and perform scheduled preventive maintenance for all rooms and maintain checklists and records.
