Senior Audio Technical Lead
- Own technical delivery for Surface audio subsystem across flagship programmes ensuring milestone readiness and zero-regression releases.
- Architect and develop Windows audio solutions spanning DSP firmware kernel-mode drivers (WDM/WDF) APOs and user-mode services.
- Lead audio bring-up validation and debugging for speakers microphones headset SoundWire and Bluetooth audio paths on new platforms.
- Drive driver ingestion validation and partner engagement with silicon vendors and IHVs.
- Perform deep root-cause analysis of audio quality performance and reliability issues using Windows audio diagnostics and DSP tools.
- Integrate and optimize advanced audio technologies including Dolby/DAX Voice Clarity and AI-powered audio features.
- Mentor engineers conduct design/code reviews and establish debugging and engineering best practices.
- Lead SelfHost quality improvements backlog reduction automation initiatives and release readiness activities.
- Drive security-by-design SFI compliance and timely closure of security vulnerabilities.
- Developed bitstream encoding software or can he write programs on it.
