Job Summary

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will support global customers in building migrating and optimizing Atlassian ecosystems that power their daily operations. Working with international teams and clients across the USA and Europe you will take ownership of Atlassian administration and migration initiatives helping organizations improve efficiency collaboration and service management outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and configure Atlassian products such as Jira Confluence and Jira Service Management to ensure stable high-performing environments for customers
  • Lead and execute Atlassian migration projects including Server-to-Cloud Data Center-to-Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud delivering reliable and secure transitions
  • Own day-to-day operational support and system administration activities resolving incidents requests and technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Optimize Atlassian solutions by configuring workflows permissions automation and performance improvements aligned with customer needs
  • Work closely with customers to gather requirements propose best-fit Atlassian solutions and implement enhancements that support business goals
  • Manage and integrate third-party add-ons including ScriptRunner xRay Zephyr PowerBI eazyBI and develop custom solutions using Groovy where needed.
  • Conduct user trainings create guidelines and provide consultancy to help customers effectively adopt and use Atlassian tools
  • Participate in system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives contributing to process optimization and customer success

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Atlassian administration including Jira Confluence and Jira Service Management
  • Practical experience with Atlassian cloud migrations from Server or Data Center environments
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM principles with a solid theoretical foundation
  • Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy for customization and automation
  • Background in customer support or system administration within complex IT environments
  • Working with: ServiceNow Planview MS Azure will be a plus
  • Ability to lead or coordinate team efforts and take ownership of technical outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for effective communication with international clients and teams
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed environments
