The Manager for the STEM Program will oversee the implementation of the program in schools.
Operational know-how effective trainer management strong stakeholder relations and effective data handling will ensure success in the role toward supporting Bhumis vision and mission.
About the Program:
The STEM Education program is a three-year intervention focusing on improving the capacity of the students and teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring that it impacts each student in the intervening grades.
The STEM lab will serve as the incubation center for the Government school students in developing their creativity & 21st century skills
Role and Responsibilities:
The Manager will handle 25-35 schools and a team of trainers in the given district.
Liaison with the Government Stakeholders (Education Department officials School Principal Teachers) for the effective project implementation
Supervises the school-level operations at the assigned district and ensures the timely submission of Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual reports
Showcase Leadership skills and effective people management through the successful implementation on ground
Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line regarding all matters related to the programs efficiency and effectiveness.
Education Qualifications and Experience:
Post-graduation with a minimum of 4 years experience
Experience working with schools and the education system
Strong understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children
Operation Management skills for effective delivery of the program
Experience in reporting training monitoring and evaluating the projects
Ability to mentor the team to achieve Programmatic Goals towards achieving Organisational goals
Knowledge and Skill set required:
Strong interpersonal communication and supervision Skills
Good people management networking and observation skills
Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the teams collective effort
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Emotional maturity to build relationships empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members and support team development
