Associate Support Engineer
Job Summary
As a member of the Support organization Make configuration changes in production and non-production environments for clients.
Configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments
Gather requirements and determine scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery time frames
Analyze and modify configuration work plans
troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains independently
Evaluate the impact of changes within complex client environments and independently make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards
Evaluate integration points and cross-solution builds
Apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle People
