What this job involves:

This role is a key contributor to JLL Business Services (JBS) in its journey toward datadriven operations supporting the evolution scalability and impact of analyticsenabled decisionmaking across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify key metrics for JBS/JLL offerings create and present data-driven insights implement various analytics methods and integrate emerging technologies. Strong analytical skills business acumen and stakeholder collaboration abilities are essential.

Job Title: Associate Reporting & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintainrecurring and ad-hoc reports dashboards and performance metricsto support business and leadership decision-making

• Ownend-to-end reporting processes from data extraction and validation to insight generation and distribution

• Ensureaccuracy consistency and governance of data and reporting outputs

• Analyze business performance trends and variances translating data intoclear actionable insights

• Deliverexecutive-ready dashboards scorecards and reporting packswith clear storytelling

• Communicate analytical findings tonon-technical stakeholdersin a concise and structured manner

• Identify & execute on opportunities to improvereporting efficiency automation and scalability

• Automate recurring reporting workflows usingPython SQL BI automation or low-/no-code AI tools

• Leverage AI to assist withdata summarization insight drafting anomaly detection and narrative reporting

• Evaluate and recommend newAI and analytics technologiesto improve reporting effectiveness

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 years of experience inreporting analytics or business intelligence

• Strong proficiency inBI and reporting tools(e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel)

• Skilled inSQLand working knowledge ofPython or similar toolsfor automation

• Experience in using AI tools for data analysis report generation or insight automation - such as ChatGPT MS Co-pilot or AI-enabled BI & automation features.

• Strong understanding ofKPIs performance measurement and data visualization principles

• Experience in a global company working across cultures is preferred.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience supportingsenior leadership or executive-level reporting

• Exposure todata governance master data management or data quality frameworks

• Experience withenterprise data warehouses or cloud platforms(e.g. Databricks Snowflake Azure AWS)
