Associate Product Manager(6 months Contractual role)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our
Product team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Product Managers
Engineering Design and Business teams to build customer-centric digital products. The ideal
candidate should have strong analytical skills a problem-solving mindset and a passion for
technology and product development.

Qualifications :

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and product requirements.
• Conduct market customer and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
• Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) user stories and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering Design QA and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to support product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and product discussions.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini Claude Notion AI or equivalent for market research documentation user story creation and competitive analysis while validating AI-generated outputs with critical thinking.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Figma Google Sheets or similar is a plus.
• Passion for technology user experience and building impactful products.
• Self-motivated eager to learn and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
