Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Gather product requirements through user research and field visits.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new product features.
- Translate operational challenges into product solutions.
- Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support feature planning sprint execution and product launches.
- Monitor product adoption and key business metrics.
- Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with Operations Customer Success and Leadership teams.
- Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree in Engineering Management Analytics or related field.
- Internship or project experience in Product Management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working on technology products or startups.
