Network and IT Architecturex000D x000D x000D CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US x000D x000D PROFILE: x000D x000D You graduated with a Master of Engineering Computer Science or any related field in University and you have proven experience in Network management x000D You demonstrate strong leadership and are willing to mentor and grow junior team members x000D You sound convincing and persuasive x000D You are analytical dynamic and autonomous x000D You are curious and enjoy continuous learning x000D You sound convincing and persuasive x000D You are team-oriented and love to help your colleagues fostering a consensual atmosphere for team building x000D COMPETENCIES: x000D x000D You are familiar with IT infrastructures Linux Systems (Debian RedHat) and virtual environments (VMWare KVM)x000D You master the following protocols: TCP/IP networks routing protocols QoS and security architectures (WAN and LAN) Cisco validation designs F5 and Juniper SRX familyx000D You can demonstrate strong knowledge in Cloud computing networking and system assurance x000D You have knowledge of Cisco and Juniper Network Equipment VMware Windows Server Infrastructure x000D You are able to produce well-structured and written documentation and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences x000D NICE TO HAVE: x000D x000D Specific knowledge linked to the domain / product / project to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition x000D x000D x000D x000D LIFE AS A Hitachi Rail NETWORK AND IT ARCHITECTURE ROLE x000D x000D As a Network and IT Architecture Role within Hitachi Rail you will: x000D x000D Develop test plans on network architectures and systems x000D Carry out activities engage with other stakeholders to manage and implement an IT programme x000D Work with requirement owners and system design engineers to create serial data interfaces for new features x000D Perform router administration network analysis and monitoring x000D Roadmap network system and advise process improvements x000D Collaborate with the network engineers network administrators and other professionals in network setup and configurationx000D Examine and evaluate the network performance and make changes wherever required x000D Understand architectural methods and frameworks and their application to network server architecture and design x000D Integrate IP networks based on networking architectures routers firewalls servers and gateways x000D Manage the network security systems including firewalls and network access control systems x000D Troubleshoot network architecture and making recommendations for system findings and enhancements x000D Other specific info - to be filled in by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition x000D x000D x000D x000D YOUR CAREER AT Hitachi Rail x000D x000D Future opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
