Associate Manager – Workday (Time & Absence HRIS)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Workday Time & Absence Techno-Functional Analyst (HRIS) who will design configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions. This role bridges HR Payroll and Technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant HR systems.
- Lead requirements gathering with HR & Payroll teams
- Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
- Design leave plans accruals eligibility & time rules
- Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
- Handle production support and issue troubleshooting
- Build reports and audits for HR/Payroll teams
- Support integrations with Payroll and third-party systems
- 5 years of Workday HRIS experience
- Strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence modules
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Understanding of HR Payroll & HRIS processes
- Experience in Workday reporting and business processes
- Workday Certification (Time/Absence)
- Experience with EIBs / Workday Studio / Core Connectors
- Experience in Workday implementation projects
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability

Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
