Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient response planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions specifically for Response & Supply Planning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of supply orders working closely with the supply chain team.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Provide functional support and guidance to the SAP IBP team ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management and drive innovation within the team.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations and processes.
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate users on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for any SAP IBP-related queries or issues providing timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects and delivering tangible business results.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP tools and technologies including configuration and customization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP IBP solutions.
