The role will own the design development and delivery of complex integration projects across Oracle Cloud applications and external platforms. Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an Associate Manager Integration for its Smart Integration (API) Delivery team. The role will own the design development and delivery of complex integration projects across Oracle Cloud applications and external platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders ensure bestpractice architecture and mentor junior developers while driving performance and reliability of integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy endtoend integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP HCM SCM and thirdparty systems.
- Create manage and secure REST and SOAP APIs including OAuth2 and other security policies.
- Apply integration patterns such as synchronous asynchronous pubsub filebased and eventdriven models.
- Utilize OIC adapters (REST SOAP DB FTP ERP HCM etc.) to connect cloud and onpremise applications.
- Implement robust error handling logging monitoring and exception recovery mechanisms.
- Optimize performance of highvolume and longrunning integrations.
- Lead migration of legacy SOA/OSB integrations to OIC where applicable.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for requirement gathering testing and production support.
- Mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledgesharing sessions.
- Stay current with emerging iPaaS technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi MuleSoft) and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of handson experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SaaS (ERP HCM SCM).
- Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs including security standards.
- Proven knowledge of integration patterns and OIC adapters.
- Experience implementing error handling monitoring and performance tuning for integrations.
- Handson migration experience from SOA/OSB to OIC (preferred).
- Exposure to crossplatform integrations with Salesforce SAP Workday ServiceNow or AWS.
- Familiarity with other iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in a technical team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (e.g. OIC) are a plus.
