We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Digital Marketing to lead our SEO and organic growth strategy. The role focuses on improving search visibility organic traffic qualified leads website performance and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The candidate will also lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
- Manage Technical Content International and Local SEO.
- Improve website performance Core Web Vitals and search visibility.
- Optimize content for AI-powered and generative search.
- Conduct keyword research SEO audits and content optimization.
- Drive link building Digital PR and authority-building activities.
- Monitor SEO traffic rankings leads and conversion performance.
- Prepare SEO dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Content Design Development and Sales teams.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.
Must-Have Skills
- 68 years of Digital Marketing experience with strong SEO leadership.
- Technical Content International and Local SEO.
- AI Search Optimization / AEO / GEO.
- Experience with large websites and SEO strategy.
- GA4 and Google Search Console.
- SEMrush Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
- Looker Studio WordPress and Hotjar.
- Core Web Vitals and Schema Markup.
- Digital PR Link Building and Email Marketing.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
