Associate Manager Costing & SCM Finance

1. Ensure standard costs are updated at regular intervals.

2. Category Level Margin Analysis on Monthly Basis

3. Business partnering with Operations & Supply Chain Team.

4. Monthly review of Supply chain & Operations KPI.

5. Assist in closure of books of accounts on monthly basis

6. Management of Fixed Assets Register Capitalizations Retirements & Transfers

7. Management of Inventory register inventory movements provisions & Turns

8. Assist in preparation of AOP (Annual Operations Plan) Quarterly Forecast & Monthly Forecast

9. Assist in analysis of Actuals vs Forecast on monthly basis

10. Identify review and improve areas for cost control and cost reduction

11. Assist in various Audits like Statutory Audit Internal Audit Cost Audit & Balance Sheet Audit

12. Coordination of physical verification of Inventory & Fixed Assets.

13. Any other activities/analysis as required by management.

Qualifications :

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Must have experience working in the manufacturing sector preferably in the Textile Industry.

• Proficient in advanced MS-Excel MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint; knowledge of Google Suite is an advantage.

• Working experience in ERP systems preferably Oracle or SAP.

• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power Query Power BI and Tableau is an added advantage.
