Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage User Group and Computer accounts.
- Handle password resets account unlocks and access issues.
- Create and manage Organizational Units (OUs).
- Manage Group Policies (GPOs) and troubleshoot policy issues.
- Administer DNS DHCP and Active Directory Sites & Services.
- Manage mailbox creation modification and deletion.
- Administer distribution groups shared mailboxes and mail-enabled security groups.
- Troubleshoot mail flow delivery and transport issues.
- Manage Exchange Online/On-Prem connectors and mail routing.
- Perform mailbox migrations and PST import/export.
- Manage email security anti-spam and anti-malware policies.
- Configure mailbox permissions and calendar delegation.
- Troubleshoot Outlook OWA and mobile email issues.
- Monitor Exchange health queues and service availability.
- Support messaging-related incidents changes and service requests.
