- SharePoint sites apps and document libraries
- Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- One Drive for Business
- Problem diagnosis investigation and resolution
- Network Administration
- Investigating diagnosing and resolving network and communication problems
- Windows File System security administration
- General TCP/IP Network System administration
- Administering Network firewalls
- Configuring and administering VPN
Other responsibilities include:
- Administering ADDS DHCP DNS MDT and RADIUS servers.
- Identity and access management on Microsoft Entra ID
- Managing and administering security incidents through MS Sentinel
