Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Associate Accounts Payable in Trichy. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals to manage vendor payments and accounts payable activities. - Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate timely payments.
- Maintain accounts payable records and documentation.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Assist during audits by providing required financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable processes and documentation.
- Invoice verification and processing.
- Vendor reconciliation and payment coordination.
- MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- ERP/Accounting software knowledge.
- SAP/Tally/Oracle ERP exposure.
- GST and basic taxation knowledge.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Adhere to all company local state and federal accounting and financial regulations. Tax Handling: Manage GST filings (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B) TDS filings and Income Tax filings (ITR 1 to ITR 7). Financial Reporting: Compile analyze and report financial data. Create periodic reports such as balance sheets profit & loss statements. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Audit Operations: Perform audits identify and resolve discrepancies. Tax Calculations: Compute taxes owed ensure timely payment. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
Required Education:
Any graduate degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
