Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience to support the successful planning execution and delivery of projects. The candidate will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets
  • Support senior project managers in defining project scope goals and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress track milestones and prepare status reports
  • Identify risks and issues and assist in mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders clients and team members
  • Assist in resource allocation and workload management
  • Ensure compliance with company standards policies and industry best practices
  • Participate in project meetings prepare minutes and follow up on action items
  • Support budgeting forecasting and cost control activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Experience in Construction BFSI
  • Familiarity with budgeting resource planning and risk management frameworks
