JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Support process improvement initiatives using 5S Kaizen Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize utilization of manpower machinery raw materials and other resources.
- Track production plans and assist in achieving daily weekly and monthly targets.
- Identify process gaps and suggest corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Monitor gold loss records and support quality control checks during production stages.
- Maintain proper documentation reporting and production records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Production / Mechanical/ Instrumental/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 6 years in a Related field
- Knowledge of 5S Kaizen Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and process management skills.
- Expertise in jewellery production - Gold Silver Platinum etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of CAD / CAM Software.
- Quality control Standard of Jewellery.
- Good coordination and team management abilities.
