Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

The Assistant Manager Warehouse Operations is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities ensuring inventory accuracy smooth inbound and outbound operations efficient manpower utilization and compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving storage dispatch and inventory control.
  
• Ensure proper handling stacking and storage of materials.
  
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent damages and delays.
  
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and operational efficiency.
  
• Conduct stock audits cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
  
• Monitor stock movement and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Coordinate with transport customer service and internal departments for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company policies.
  
• Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
  
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Commerce Business Administration or related field.
