Team Leader Sales
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- 27 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
- Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle including lead generation customer engagement negotiation and sales closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-driven target-oriented and result-focused.
- Generate nurture and convert leads into successful sales.
- Conduct customer meetings project presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
