EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Commerce or any related discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a proven track record in sales closures and target achievement. Experience in residential or luxury real estate sales will be preferred.

The candidate should possess excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve challenging sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate sales through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Conduct project presentations customer meetings and site visits.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Stay updated on project developments market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
