Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Development of coating formulations.
Testing and evaluation of alternative raw materials.
Conducting literature reviews for formulation improvements and innovation.
Preparation and laboratory testing of new formulations.
Conducting pilot batches of newly developed formulations.
Scale-up of formulations for commercial manufacturing.
Coordination with production team during scale-up trials.
Documentation of trials reports and technical data.
Technical support and client visits as and when required.
