Job Summary

Planning Engineer :

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

2. Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives

3. Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly

4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

5. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders

6. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions

7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules

8. Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning

9. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

10. Use project management software to track and report project timelines

11. Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions

12. Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors

13. Facilitate communication between different departments and keeping a close coordination with each
