Assistant Manager Operations

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Assistant Manager Operations & Strategy to manage backend operations streamline processes and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency driving process improvements managing cross-functional coordination and providing data-driven insights to support business growth. This role requires strong problem-solving skills attention to detail stakeholder management and the ability to execute strategic projects while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day backend operational activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational workflows.

• Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain operational documentation SOPs and process guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.

• Identify process gaps bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with technology and product teams to automate manual processes.

• Implement best practices and operational controls to enhance efficiency.

• Support leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives.

• Conduct business analysis and prepare reports dashboards and performance reviews.

• Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

• Assist in annual planning forecasting and goal-setting exercises.

• Track strategic projects and ensure timely execution.

• Analyze operational and business performance data.

• Create MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

• Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations Product Finance HR and Business teams.

• Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations and project coordination.

• Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Commerce Engineering or a related field.

• 36 years of experience in Operations Business Strategy Program Management or Process Excellence roles.

• Experience in managing backend operations and process improvement initiatives.
