Qualification: Graduation

Salary: 25000 – 35000/month TA DA Insurance Bonus

Experience: 1–4 years of experience in merchandising retail sales FMCG healthcare beauty or wellness products.

Job Summary:
Assistant Manager – Merchandising to help improve the visibility and availability of our herbal beauty and baby care products across retail stores in Kerala. The candidate will visit stores regularly ensure products are displayed properly check stock availability support promotional activities and build good relationships with store staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores across Kerala as per the assigned route plan.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and according to company standards.
- Set up promotional materials such as posters standees shelf talkers and display units.
- Check stock availability and report out-of-stock products.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for stock replenishment.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns in stores.
- Build good relationships with store managers pharmacists and retail staff.
- Monitor competitor products pricing and promotions.
- Conduct basic product training for store staff.
- Take photos of store displays and submit regular reports.
- Report market feedback and customer insights to the company.

Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Own vehicle is an added advantage.
