Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


* Support end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory planning logistics warehouse coordination and dispatch management.

* Coordinate with procurement warehouse sales and operations teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials/products.

* Monitor inventory levels stock movement replenishment planning and stock ageing to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

* Ensure timely dispatch of products and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries.

* Work closely with transporters warehouse partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient movement of goods.

* Maintain inventory records and track key supply chain KPIs such as stock availability dispatch TAT fill rate and inventory accuracy.

* Identify slow-moving non-moving and near-expiry inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.

* Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports dashboards and inventory trackers.

* Ensure adherence to supply chain processes SOPs and documentation standards.

* Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities based on business requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain and inventory-related issues.

* Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize supply chain costs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies audit requirements and regulatory documentation.


Key Skills Required


* Good understanding of Supply Chain Management Inventory Control Logistics and Warehouse Operations.

* Experience in inventory planning stock management replenishment and dispatch coordination.

* Knowledge of vendor management and logistics coordination.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel MIS reporting and ERP systems (SAP or similar ERP preferred).

* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities.




Requirements

* 56 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics Inventory Management or Operations.

* Experience in Pharma Healthcare Wellness Medical Devices or FMCG industries preferred.

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Pharmacy Commerce or a related field.

* MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain / Operations will be an added advantage.

* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
