Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding including screening resumes conducting interviews and negotiating offers
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers department heads and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Talent sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job boards social media professional networks recruitment agencies and educational institutions
  • Employer branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent including participation in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Data and process management: Track recruitment metrics analyze hiring trends and optimize processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Job description management: Develop and update job descriptions post openings and ensure positions are filled effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Any Degree or Bachelors degree in Human Resources
  • Experience: 410years in recruitment or talent acquisition with proficiency in People Strong HRMS would be a added advantage.
  • Core skills: Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams; strategic thinking for sourcing and hiring.
