Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding including screening resumes conducting interviews and negotiating offers
- Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers department heads and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Talent sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job boards social media professional networks recruitment agencies and educational institutions
- Employer branding: Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent including participation in job fairs and recruitment events
- Data and process management: Track recruitment metrics analyze hiring trends and optimize processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Job description management: Develop and update job descriptions post openings and ensure positions are filled effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any Degree or Bachelors degree in Human Resources
- Experience: 410years in recruitment or talent acquisition with proficiency in People Strong HRMS would be a added advantage.
- Core skills: Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams; strategic thinking for sourcing and hiring.
