Assistant manager Fitouts and civil

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan coordinate and execute interior repair and maintenance activities with the in-house team including manpower planning material management costing and reporting.
2. Control and monitor site activities complaints and new works related to:
3. Carpentry
4. Ceiling repairs
5. Painting
6. Tiling
7. ACP and silicone works
8. Glass fittings
9. Other miscellaneous civil and interior works
10. Track monitor plan and report the execution and progress of ongoing maintenance and project activities.
11. Prepare estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for in-house and contractual works including new construction fit-out repair and maintenance projects.
12. Plan and manage day-to-day activities as well as project-related interior and civil works.
13. Manage departmental manpower of approximately 3040 personnel including work allocation productivity tracking cost control billing and manpower planning.
14. Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports covering work activities project progress manpower material consumption and costs.
15. Coordinate effectively with office owners consultants contractors and other stakeholders demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
16. Prepare and understand drawings project reports and technical documentation with the ability to analyze project requirements and identify execution-related issues.
17. Plan procure indent control and monitor materials including quality checks consumption tracking and stock management.
18. Implement innovative efficient and best-in-class methods for interior repairs maintenance fit-out and construction projects.
19. Check and verify site measurements workmanship quality and quantities and certify contractor/vendor bills based on actual work executed.
20. Prepare drawings and understand and interpret consultants drawings for effective site execution.
21. Prepare BOQs estimates and detailed cost calculations and ensure proper cost control throughout project execution.
22. Coordinate with contractors and in-house teams to ensure work is completed within the planned time cost quality and safety parameters.

Key Skills Required
