Job Summary
Department : Engineering (Utilities Operations & Maintenance)
Designation : Assistant Manager Engineering
Qualification : B Tech (Mechanical) Experience : 10-12 years
Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder:
1. Utilities Shift Operation.
2. Attend and close complaints/ Breakdowns in shifts.
3. Preventive maintenance of utility equipments with documentation.
4. Operation maintenance and validation of water pretreatment plants purified water generation and distribution plants Petcoke and bio mass fired boilers Air compressors Nitrogen plant with SOPs and documentation compliances.
5. Maintain the inventory of consumable for utilities equipments.
6. All utilities consumption tracking and initiatives for saving opportunity on site and controlling consumption within daily limits
7. Execute modification / Upgradation projects along with supervision of contractors and contractual manpower.
8. Raising the Change control Risk assessment Deviations and exception in utility section and timely closure for related CAPA Tasks.
9. Preparation of audits and self-inspection response and timely closer of observations and related CAPA Tasks.
10. Compliance to safety and regulatory requirements and audits.
11. Engineering monthly expenses monitoring
12. To ensure compliance of GMP/GEP.
13. Monthly Breakdown Data preparation & analysis.
14. Generation of daily shift report and shift handling.
15. Why-Why analysis of repeated issues in utilities equipments with continual improvement in equipment performance.
16. Identify & implementation of projects for equipments efficiency improvement
